Our studio is a collective of voices – all unique and important to the foundation and future of the practice. We are thrilled to celebrate the promotion of four CMG team members who will continue to advance the firm’s mission to increase social and ecological well-being through artful design.
Congratulations to Kate Lenahan and Andrew Prindle on their promotions to Associate, Paulina Davey on her promotion to Senior Communications Manager, and Will Benge on his promotion to Senior Associate!
Associates
Kate Lenahan, Associate
Kate is a strong leader and collaborator, lending her climate resilience expertise to CMG projects and initiatives. She spearheads our work on the San Francisco Waterfront Resilience Program and contributed to the collaborative team effort on The Great Highway and Aquatic Park Vision Study. Kate speaks regionally and nationally on the subjects of landscape architecture and climate action, most recently representing CMG at the ASLA Conference on Landscape Architecture.
Andrew Prindle, Associate
Andrew continues to elevate CMG’s shared institutional knowledge base – particularly with his expertise in planting design, horticulture, and research. He champions the Realize Flood Park project and contributed to San Mateo County Office Building 3 design and De-Park Park’s community engagement program.
Senior Associate
Will Benge, Senior Associate
Will has gracefully and skillfully led some of CMG’s largest redevelopment projects, including one of the longest-running: Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island. He embodies the studio’s mission and is an integral part of CMG’s campus and parks + public space work—contributing to University of California San Diego Triton Center and an upcoming national park restoration project.
Senior Communications Manager
