Associates
Lauren Bergenholtz, Associate
Lauren is a strong communicator and inspires devotion and excellence within her project teams. She worked on Estuary Commons: Resilient By Design and Treasure Island Parks + Open Space; and is currently leading our work on the Port of San Francisco Waterfront Resilience Program.
Renee Nam, Associate
Renee has worked on CMG’s most sustainable and ecological habitat focused projects – lending her diverse expertise towards Crissy Field, Treasure Island, Bay Meadows, and St. James Park. She has contributed her expertise to a number of CMG campus projects such as Nueva Middle School, Marin Country Day School, and Sunnylands Administration Campus.
Senior Associates
Justin Aff, Senior Associate
Justin leads with design excellence and strong commitment to CMG on Mission Rock, a 27-acre mixed use waterfront development project, and Potrero Power Station, a new vibrant bayfront addition to the Dogpatch neighborhood in San Francisco.
Corbett Belcher, Senior Associate
Corbett exhibits a deep care for CMG’s practice and people. His invaluable work ranges from regional and community-based parks to highly demanding urban redevelopment projects—most recently Bay Meadows and Google Middlefield Park Master Plan.
Doug Jones, LEED AP, Senior Associate
Doug has managed some of CMG’s largest redevelopment project teams, including Treasure Island Parks + Open Space, Yerba Buena Island,and Gateway of Pacific, a 1.5 million square-foot state-of-the-art biomedical campus located in South San Francisco. He is dedicated to the practice and advancing CMG’s mentorship and project leadership initiatives.
Jason Rowe, PLA, Senior Associate
Jason is a leader for the Meta Headquarters Bayfront Campus project team and continues to elevate CMG’s shared institutional knowledge base – particularly with his expertise in planting design and horticulture, mentorship, and specifications standardization.
Sam Woodhams-Roberts, Senior Associate
Sam is integral to CMG’s work and embodies the studio’s design ideas and values. He has been on the forefront of Transbay Under Ramp Park, a new neighborhood park in San Francisco’s East Cut district, and Crissy Field Next, a 20-year vision plan addressing climate resilience and future demands of the cherished waterfront park.
